Dr. Niko Geldner - The Secrets of Suberin

Nested Ecosystems Biodiversity & Adaptation to Climate Change
Niko Geldner's group at the University of Lausanne works on two major lines of research. The first is investigating the root endodermis; its differentiation and function. The second, more recent line of research, is concerned with the specificities of root immune responses and the molecular basis of root-bacteria interactions.
